We have seen the dr. a L-O-T this fall. The kids all had strep throat 3 times, and Mike & I each had it twice ourselves. Boo for strep! Today was a routine check for Corbin's 15 month well-baby dr. visit. He is still a little peanut weighing in at 21.2 pounds and 30 inches tall. The dr. gave us the go-ahead to fill him up with as many calorie-rich foods as we could. Lucky boy! Our dr. also noticed that Corbin has a little fluid in his ears. I was shocked to hear that if he still has fluid at his 18 month check we will need to have tubes put in. YIKES! Even though he doesn't have an infection it may affect his hearing. My other two kids have always been so healthy. Poor little Corbin really does take after his father! :) Praying that the fluid is gone by our next appointment. Not sure how this Mommy will handle having her baby in surgery and hoping we won't to have to find out either.
