We took the kids to see Santa last night... They were both too chicken to sit on his lap, but MaryClaire did squeak out her request of a Barbie House. When we were leaving she got huge, crocodile tears in her eyes because she hadn't told him ALL of the things she wanted. We waited for our turn AGAIN & she told him a Polly Pocket & Sleeping Beauty Barbie with a carriage. I was proud of her for being so brave to go back & actually talk to Santa... Big stuff for that little girl! On our walk out I had to remind MaryClaire that Santa doesn't always bring EVERYTHING we ask for. Let's hope she remembers our little chat come Christmas morning!! :)
