Backyard camp out

We didn't make it out camping this weekend with the bad weather, so Mike pulled our "new" camper out back last night and we had a camp out in our backyard! MaryClaire was beside herself with excitement. I still can't decide what she was the most excited about. Putting the camper up, getting into it for the first time, "packing" (she was taking armfuls of clothes and stuffed animals out to the camper, "just in case") gathering the ingredients for s'mores, making s'mores, eating the s'mores, getting to stay up REALLY late with the adults or getting to sleep in a SLEEPING BAG!!! She had so much fun, it's great to be 3!!! S'mores might be the winner, they were a really fun part of our night. Brian couldn't quite wait for the marshmallows to roast, he dug right into the "raw" mallows!:) Here are some pics of the kids enjoying the evening. It ended up being a really nice night last night. We sat by the fire with Lance and Stacy Casey until midnight. We are ready for summer!!
